As a member of the Assurance Academy team, you’ll help organise, plan, and administer a unique PwC programme offering assurance professionals the opportunity to broaden their skills and develop real business experiences applicable to all major business and industry groups.Watani Programme

UAE Nationals who join PwC are matched with the right opportunities and offered the necessary development tools to grow.For more information on our Watani Programme, please visit this link.What is expected from you?Your job duties will include but will not be limited to:Supports the Academy in meeting business targets across the region.Implement activities which help growth of revenue streams from the priority clients and other targeted client accounts by leveraging internal team from the LoS and Clients and Markets teamWork with solution design team to respond to RFQs/ RFPs in a timely mannerPlan approaches and pitches for RFQs/ RFPs with the right SMEsPrepare engagement letters and agreements with clientsConduct the entire BD process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and post-sales follow upProspect and meet clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your networkIdentify and build strong relationships with key personnel for client interaction and engagementConduct market research and related events in the industry including announcements, tracking competitors’ activities to develop unique selling points and game changers for the businessOwnership and maintenance of client and proposals repositoryResearch and understand the firm and people’s capabilitiesLiaise with the Director of BD to plan, organise and execute annual budgets.Provide trend analysis, and research for new product launchesWhat will you bring?You are ambitious and get use of opportunities to grow and develop.
