Enter and update data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and detecting errors or discrepancies.
Compile, sort, and organize data for storage and retrieval purposes.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency of information.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet data entry deadlines and objectives.
Follow company policies and procedures related to data management and privacy.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
