Quality Supervisor - GMG Farm Fresh - Dubai, UAE

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures across all production stages.
• Conduct internal audits, review production batches, and identify areas for QA process improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans and provide QA training to operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records through SAP ERP systems.
• Ensure inbound and outbound warehouse operations comply with temperature control and vehicle integrity standards.
• Monitor stock handling practices including FIFO and FEFO to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate product registration processes with local authorities for frozen, chilled, and ambient goods.
• Work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and factory quality teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Ensure 100 percent compliance with local and international standards during container loading and unloading.

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality supervision within food manufacturing or food retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting audits and managing corrective action plans.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP for quality documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
