Develop and implement Administration Services and Facilities Management strategies in alignment with the organization’s objectives.Translate institutional objectives into measurable operational plans, performance indicators, and service standards.Provide professional advice to the Head of Section on policies, risks, and development initiatives, and submit the required reports.Establish governance frameworks and ensure alignment, accountability, and quality of service delivery.Oversee the assessment of facilities, assets, and systems, identify risks, improvement opportunities, and compliance requirements, and submit relevant reports.Approve and monitor asset management strategies, space utilization plans, and infrastructure development initiatives.Lead operational process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization.Oversee maintenance programs, emergency and business continuity plans, analyse incidents, lead root cause analysis, and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor.Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets, and review feasibility studies and cost–benefit analyses.Lead the implementation of facilities management systems and technologies, and drive digital transformation, automation, and change management.Lead sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements, and oversee audits and risk assessments.Coordinate with stakeholders, prepare performance and compliance reports, and lead key projects and major inspections.Apply continuous improvement methodologies and lead innovation initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and resilience.Lead and develop teams, manage performance, workforce planning, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline as a minimum qualification from an accredited university.A minimum of 11 years of professional experience in administrative services, planning activities, and facilities management operations.
