Job Description :We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites. This role requires hands-on supervision, site visits, and client coordination to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crewsEnsure timely completion and quality of cleaning activitiesConduct regular site inspections and address client concernsTrain and monitor cleaners for performance and complianceMaintain stock levels of cleaning materials and suppliesRecord attendance and work reports, ensure timely staff deploymentRequirements:2–3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sectorMust have a valid UAE driving licenseAbility to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)Physically fit and willing to travel across sitesFlexible with work hours, including early morning or late evening shifts
