You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong commercial mindset. You take ownership of procurement processes end to end, negotiate effectively with vendors, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver quality results in fast-paced, project-driven environments.Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic sourcing and vendor management experience
  • Contract negotiation, pricing, Incoterms, and delivery schedules
  • Purchase order tracking, material availability, and project support
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience purchasing mechanical equipment or spare parts for oil & gas projects
  • Proven experience in vendor management, supplier development, and logistics coordination
  • Experience with manufacturing or oilfield equipment companies preferred
  • Experience in logistics coordination, shipping, and customs clearance
  • Strong understanding of oil & gas procurement and compliance
  • Mandarin (Chinese) proficiency is a plus
Description
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement of mechanical equipment, spare parts, and project components, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and compliance with company policies. You will act as the key liaison between suppliers, logistics, and project teams to support operational schedules and project requirements.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handle full procurement lifecycle for heavy mechanical equipment, spare parts, and components for oil & gas projects
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, Incoterms, and delivery schedules to ensure best value and on-time procurement
  • Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and suppliers to manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment status, and material availability to support project and manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and project teams to support sourcing and logistics requirements
