Business hold a strong foothold in the Data Centers, Design & Build & Industrial OFTEN negotiating at single source. In the Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors this is far more about competitive tendering and thinking outside the box on angles and strategies in a team.Often not the cheapest but incredibly strong on program, quality and certainty for end clients in the UAE. They offer a collaborative and openness that clients appreciate.They empower their people and offer a great working environment. 80 % of the Senior Leadership Team have been with the group for the past 8 Years +.Following is crucial for our client:

Experience in a Senior Estimator / Intermediate capacity in the local UAE Market
Client facing and happy to work in a TEAM
Understand how to produce technically robust and profitable tenders
Based in the UAE able to attend face to face meetings
Able to start employment before the 1st of June 2026 Latest
IT literate - strong working knowledge of CCS / Candy & Plan swift
Understand urgency and how to price risk
