- Prepares medical device and pharmaceutical reimbursement dossiers by local data production and adaptation of the global value dossier.
- Implements health economy model development and/or adaptation to the respective market, prepares and leads publications related to models developed/adapted in the region.
- Collaborates with other functions during the launch readiness process for pipeline products.
- Prepares necessary documents to support the assessment of the value argumentation of our products to payers.
- Aligns all line functions involved in delivering the value proposition.
- Anticipates changes in the political landscape that impact customer business strategies, competitor activities, and generates awareness within the company.
- Analyses the new publications and research related to our products and competitor products
- Supports local teams in early engagement with payers and key stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the market and inform strategic shaping. Collaborate with HCPs, public decision makers, and trade associations.
- Support cross-functional teams in establishing Business Plans and preparing value summary parts of Marketing authorisation and price submissions.
- Follow up on the related regulations and assess the amendments.
- Develops and prepares monthly distributor sales analysis files for the Commercial Execution Team (sales by distributor).
- Supports the development through business cases and plans for potential new business opportunities.
- Builds and consolidates templates for Commercial Management Meetings.
- GEOX P&L submissions to Gensight (10% of total time).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to regulated drug pricing.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Arabic is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to identify key principles, assess risks, and understand interdependencies.
