- Collaborate closely with clients' senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT leaders to understand their strategic objectives, business processes, and technology landscape.
- Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' business goals, IT strategy, and industry trends, while addressing key challenges and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and analysts to deliver high-quality enterprise architecture deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation strategies to help clients stay competitive and future-ready.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights, recommendations, and actionable plans to drive enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop intellectual property, methodologies, and tools that enhance our consulting capabilities and differentiate us in the market.
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal development, and solution demonstrations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- TOGAF certification required.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture consulting, IT strategy, or a related role within a consulting firm or professional services organization.
- Proven track record of leading successful enterprise architecture engagements for clients across industries, with a focus on driving business value and innovation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience applying TOGAF principles in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
