- Work closely with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and client’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including negotiating salary and benefit packages.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review CVs and credentials to identify qualified candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager or consultant , clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Perform reference checks.
- Utilise recruitment software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and agency policies throughout the recruitment process, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, consultants, hiring managers and clients.
- Hiring organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with recruitment softwares.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
