Languages: Arabic and EnglishEducational Qualification:
- Nationals: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Non-Nationals: Diploma in Accounting or Finance, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Nationals: A minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar functional role.
- Non-Nationals: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar functional role.
- Review reports on project budgets, and monitor and control project expenditures and payments to ensure the achievement of project goals by priorities, budget, and cost estimates.
- Establish effective communication with project managers to ensure budget acceptance, review departmental requirements, and assess the impact of change requests and instructions on the main project budgets.
- Design reporting templates and forms to standardize and consolidate budgets and reports for sector activities.
- Provide technical assistance in cost analysis, resource allocation, budget preparation, and budget summaries, offering recommendations for approval or rejection of major project budget proposals.
- Follow up on comprehensive budget implementation reports and control expenditures and payments for main projects to ensure alignment with the strategic planning department's strategic objectives.
- Review annual budget estimates to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformity with the center’s procedures and systems, and perform variance analysis when necessary.
- Review actual data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring it aligns with the center’s budgeting policies and objectives.
- Adhere to sustainability, environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives, ensuring that tasks are performed in a safe, environmentally friendly manner.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Head of the Financial Planning and Budgeting Department.
