- Develop and execute the APAC regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across multiple APAC markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate platform adoption
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategy and execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs across the APAC region
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, market insights, and performance reporting
- Proven experience in B2B sales within platform, SaaS, marketplace, or digital businesses targeting APAC markets
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses in new markets
- Strong network and understanding of APAC business culture, markets, and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel across APAC markets as needed
