- Own the entire lifecycle of assigned international events, from planning to post-event reporting, across key markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America
- Help implementing event strategies that reflect the organisation’s objectives and global positioning, ensuring each event meets its goals
- Support the engagement with sponsors, stakeholders, and partner organisations, ensuring alignment of interests and delivery of obligations
- Manage the identification, negotiation, and contracting of venues and external suppliers, ensuring optimal value, reliability, and service delivery
- Provide support on speaker management, VIP agendas, and delegate experience
- Maintain budget ownership for assigned events and ensure cost control without compromising quality or impact
- Ensure compliance with branding, messaging, and marketing efforts related to global events, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s identity and standards
- Meet KPI targets across all areas of event planning and execution, including logistics, delegate satisfaction, and sponsor ROI
- Support Event Director with assigned projects and responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably in an international role
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, high-level conferences and private events across multiple jurisdictions
- Prior experience working with HNWIs, government institutions, diplomatic entities, or international organisations
- Strong project management, budget oversight, and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at senior levels
- Full professional fluency in English; other languages are an asset
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently. Candidates must have valid visa or visa-free access to Europe, and ideally to North America and Asia as well
