- Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and tracking daily construction and project activities
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, progress trackers, and basic reports
- Support updates to construction schedules and monitor progress against agreed milestones
- Assist with basic cost and progress tracking, including quantities and inputs for payment applications
- Support implementation of project quality and safety procedures
- Assist in organizing site meetings, coordination meetings, inspections, and project visits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology such as Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- UAE National status is mandatory
- Internship or early work experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred
- Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings, and project phases
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced project environment
