- Design and implement holistic employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support internal HR communications, employee well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and corporate culture development.
- Lead the planning and execution of townhalls, team-building activities, social gatherings, and employee events.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations - managing policies, employee concerns, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain compliance with UAE labor law and internal governance.
- Coordinate with international branch offices to ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.
- Collaborate with communications teams to craft impactful internal messaging and drive company-wide engagement campaigns.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience,
- Demonstrated success in employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources (MBA from a top-tier university is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across multiple geographies is highly desirable.
- Must be a confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
