Position: Lobby Lounge WaitressSwiss Connect Solutions is seeking a friendly and professional Female Lobby Waitress to join at a 5 Star Hotel based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Lobby Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience in our lobby area.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they enter the lobby and assist them with any inquiries or requests- Provide food and beverage service to guests in the lobby area- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times- Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner- Handle cash and credit card transactions- Assist with setting up and organizing events in the lobby area- Monitor and replenish supplies in the lobby area, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the lobby area- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulationsQualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus- Must be able to work well in a team and individuallyContract Details:This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The working hours will be determined by the needs of the business and may include evenings and weekends.Salary Package:
Basic Salary: AED 1300- AED 1500 + Tips + Service ChargeAdditional Benefits:
Accommodation, Residence Visa, Meals on duty, transportation, 2 way ticket every 2 years.
