Operates in the following specific project:PowerOil and GasRefinery
PetrochemicalDuties and responsibilitiesKeep under control the water/steam and process fluid chemistry both during the start up and during plant stable operation;Give instruction to Operation Shift supervisor on how to operate to adjust water/steam parameters to comply with the limits given by the Vendors (Boiler, steam turbine, condenser, water plant, etc), and by Plant Technology and LicensorShall be able to operate the online process analysers and verify the availability of the reagent or carrier gas required for their operation;Operate the dosing system to keep the water/steam parameters in the limit given by the Vendors;Prepare the relevant solution of chemicals according to Vendors specification;Perform (as minimum) the following analytical analysis in the field;Check the availability of the chemicals required for the plant operation, asking for the purchasing in case of necessity.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversity Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.ExperienceMinimum 12 years of experience in respective area.Significant experience of a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects;Previous assignments as a Chemical Operation Specialist.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.Special Requirements and CommentsAttention to detail, management skills
