- Perform quantitative and qualitative laboratory tests following approved testing methods
- Collect plant samples using internationally recognized sampling procedures
- Enter and verify analytical results in Laboratory Information Management System and reporting software
- Prepare and standardize chemical reagents for routine laboratory operations
- Monitor laboratory instruments and report faults or equipment damage
- Conduct trial runs on newly installed or repaired laboratory apparatus and analyzers
- Maintain inventory records for chemicals, calibration materials, gases, and consumables
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and laboratory housekeeping procedures
- Support preparation of progress reports and provide technical inputs as required
- Participate in emergency response activities when assigned
- Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certification
- Minimum 4 years of laboratory experience within an industrial environment
- Familiarity with LIMS and laboratory reporting systems
- Knowledge of international sampling and testing standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Process stream analysis
