- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and market share across GCC key accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with major regional and international food service chains.
- Expand product range penetration and solution adoption within existing key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets aligned with annual business and growth plans.
- Own and manage relationships with senior decision-makers within assigned key accounts across the GCC.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring alignment between customer strategies and company objectives.
- Lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and long-term development initiatives with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Present the companys products, concepts, and solutions effectively, highlighting value, differentiation, and operational benefits for food service customers.
- Support product trials, menu development, and new product launches in collaboration with marketing, culinary, and technical teams.
- Coordinate regional promotional activities and customer activations.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts, including pricing structures, volume agreements, and contract terms.
- Finalize contracts in line with company pricing, margin, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure all agreements adhere to internal policies and governance standards.
- Manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and key account updates for senior management.
- Track performance against targets and proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity across GCC markets.
- Provide actionable market insights and recommendations to support regional strategy and portfolio development.
- Share structured feedback from key accounts to internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in food service
- In-depth knowledge of premium brand positioning and values
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-country key accounts within the GCC.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is an advantage.
- Strong track record in strategic key account management and B2B sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain senior-level relationships across diverse markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering against ambitious targets.
- Strong understanding of GCC business culture and food service market dynamics.
- Based in Dubai with frequent travel across GCC countries.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
