Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly management accounts, expense reports, and variance analyses for group and subsidiary entities.
• Manage 2 Accountants
• Oversee job costing and profitability tracking in service-led operations.
• Maintain accurate balance sheets and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, payment reviews, and insurance claims.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and management to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive supplier payment term negotiations and commission calculations.
• Liaise with auditors, outsourced accounting partners, and financial institutions.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT legislation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in job costing, service-based financial analysis, and group accounting.
• Skilled in Xero, Excel, and Zoho (or similar financial systems).
• Strong grasp of financial planning, forecasting, and compliance management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA advantageous).
• Minimum 7 years in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager level role.
• Track record in multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliations.

• Effective time management and prioritisation abilities.
