We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to promote and sell gym memberships, provide excellent customer service, and help new members get started on their fitness journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients.
- Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of gym services, promotions, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
