Job Code: 5986Job Title: Assistat HRLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Responsibilities:Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.Support payroll processing by assisting in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll documentation.Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance and allowances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Handle routine HR queries related to policies, benefits, and employee procedures.Support in visa processing, work permits, and other government documentation.Assist with the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.Full ownership and support of HRMS for employee data, leave management, attendance, payrollAssist in managing job postings and recruitment campaigns for academic and administrative roles.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Support the recruitment team in conducting reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding new hires.Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and tracking the status of open positions.Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.Prepare and maintain candidate reports, ensuring up-to-date tracking of all recruitment activities.Provide general administrative support to the HR team across both operations and recruitment functions.Help in managing HR documentation, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and UAE labor laws.Assist with HR-related reporting, including attendance, leave records, employee turnover, and recruitment progress.Support in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
