- Handling end-to-end administrative and HR operations within the organization.
- Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Preparing reports, policies, and formal HR documents as needed.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.
- Managing data, tracking HR metrics, and generating reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Assisting senior HR staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative operations in the UAE.
- Excellent MS Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to draft policies, reports, and formal documents.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Immediate availability to join the organization.
