- Identify and generate new leads in international markets
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Present products/services and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and deal processing
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and remotely if required
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- 100% commission-based role (no fixed salary)
- Attractive and competitive commission structure (e.g., 35% to 60% per deal)
