- Support the delivery of supply chain and procurement activities in line with project requirements
- Develop foundational knowledge of Oil & Gas supply chain processes, systems, and controls
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, ethical standards, and client requirements
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
- Support materials management and logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Liaise with suppliers, expeditors, logistics providers, and internal project teams
- Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain documentation within ERP systems
- Support supplier performance monitoring and reporting
- Assist in expediting, inspection coordination, and documentation review
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and HSE requirements
- Participate in graduate development and mentoring programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Strong interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector
- Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced project environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
