The Consultant Neurologist is responsible for providing expert clinical care across a wide range of neurological conditions, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and long-term management aligned with international healthcare standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and migraine
  • Interpret advanced neurodiagnostic investigations including MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to manage complex cases
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and fellows
  • Contribute to clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuing medical education
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines
Ideal Profile
  • Medical degree with specialization in Neurology
  • Board certification in Neurology from a recognized authority
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization clinical experience
  • Strong expertise in neuroimaging and neurophysiological diagnostics
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
