This role supports high-volume logistics and fulfillment operations by leading frontline teams across warehouse and delivery environments. It plays a central part in maintaining service levels, improving operational flow, and ensuring teams consistently meet performance, safety, and customer delivery targets.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across fulfillment center and logistics activities
- Lead, coach, and support teams including assistants, supervisors, delivery partners, and associates
- Allocate labor effectively based on workload, shift priorities, and operational targets
- Monitor key metrics closely and take action to improve productivity, quality, and service levels
- Conduct team huddles, assign tasks, and maintain clear shift communication
- Identify process gaps, investigate root causes, and implement practical improvement actions
- Maintain strong focus on workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support inventory accuracy and operational control within warehouse processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues and improve site performance
- Use systems, tools, and operational technology to keep processes running smoothly
- Assist with rollout of new processes, tools, and operational changes
- Manage external partner coordination and follow up on performance where required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations
- Strong people management and team supervision capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
- Good analytical thinking with strong attention to performance metrics
- Comfortable making decisions quickly and solving operational issues during shifts
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across operational and support teams
