- Provide excellent and compassionate medical care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret test results
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU)
- Develop and implement protocols, policies, and procedures for the PICU
- Collaborate with other consultants and medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in the teaching and training of medical students, residents, and nursing staff
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric critical care medicine
- Participate in quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training program in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must have received Western education or training.
