SynopsisThis role sits within the Commercial Strategy function and plays a key role in delivering high-impact strategic initiatives and analytical projects across the business. The position blends project management, internal consulting, and hands-on analysis, supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies across Etihad Airways.Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role will contribute to both large-scale strategic programmes and shorter, hypothesis-driven analytical projects, while also supporting broader ways-of-working initiatives across the function.Accountabilities
  • Drive the delivery of strategic and analytical initiatives across the Commercial Strategy function, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
  • Conduct structured analysis to test hypotheses, generate insights, and develop clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations that translate complex analysis into compelling narratives
  • Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation and escalation where required
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives, including executive reporting, workshops, and strategic offsites
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation, strategy, or consulting environments
  • Experience working on strategic projects and/or analytical problem-solving initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools is advantageous
  • Project management experience preferred, but not essential (hands-on, analytical mindset is critical)
