- 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the entertainment/events industry.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, event management, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Coordinating with other event project managers and staff members to ensure that all aspects of the event are running smoothly.
- Assist in providing regular status updates on all events and support effective and efficient decision making to maximize financial performance and event delivery quality.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Manage procurement of department-related items including sourcing suppliers, briefing requirements, and negotiation.
- Support the Event Programs team on identifying project risks and managing them proactively, including developing risk mitigation plans.
- Assist in overseeing project progress, delivery, budgets, forecasting, quality, and issue resolution.
- Ensure that all event-related expenses stay within budgetary constraints based on shared budget responsibilities.
