The firm provides high-level financial reporting, VAT, and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, and you'll play a key part in that delivery. A three-month UK-based probation (in London) is required before relocation.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly and annual financial statements and conduct regular bank reconciliations.Oversee VAT return submissions and provide advisory support on compliance.Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Maintain accurate accounting records and support the month-end close process.Contribute to management reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met.What Experience is RequiredA minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or financial advisory roles.Solid knowledge of VAT processes and financial reporting standards.Strong skills in Excel and cloud-based accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online).Salary & BenefitsSalary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annumFull relocation package post-probationGenerous holiday allowance, healthcare, and ongoing professional developmentDynamic, multicultural working environmentLocation
