- Manage and coordinate BIM processes for MEP disciplines across design and construction stages
- Ensure all digital information is accurate, current, and accessible to project stakeholders
- Coordinate with project managers, BIM authors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain consistent data flow
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans in line with project standards
- Ensure BIM models and digital files are correctly formatted and compatible with coordination platforms including Navisworks
- Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary models
- Support document submission processes and follow up on approvals and resubmissions
- Ensure drawings and models comply with local authority requirements and applicable standards
- Manage resubmission of drawings and models based on engineer and authority comments
- Review IFC models for GFC drawing preparation and identify discrepancies
- Maintain coordination during design development, construction documentation, and site execution
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- BIM-related certification such as Autodesk or ISO 19650 is an advantage
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in MEP design and BIM coordination
- Proven experience coordinating BIM for medium to large-scale construction projects
- Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination including architectural, structural, interior, landscape, and MEP teams
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, clash detection, and ISO 19650 standards
- Familiarity with common data environments such as BIM 360 or ACC
- In-depth understanding of MEP systems, installation requirements, and construction sequencing
- Ability to validate BIM models for accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Leadership capability to guide BIM modelers and junior staff
