Platform support executive – Vista (Roxy)

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Vista system setup, configuration, and POS operation, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support and maintain integrations between Vista and ERP modules (Finance, Inventory), loyalty, and BI systems.
- Collaborate with L1 Support, business/operations users, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in Vista upgrades and cloud migration projects, including UAT, rollout coordination, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and maintain Vista modules such as Head Office, Loyalty, Voucher Management, Connect, and Cinema.
- Assist with the rollout of new cinemas or system enhancements.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and error workarounds for knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks affecting guest experience or transaction accuracy.
- Work with vendors, including Vista, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain on-site presence in cinemas, with flexibility for operational hours, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.
