- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in post contract cost management activities
- Prepare measurements, assess and agree variations with contractors
- Support preparation of interim payment certificates and final account settlements
- Contribute to cost reporting, budget tracking, and financial control processes
- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and documentation standards
- Assist in benchmarking exercises, data collection, and internal reporting
- Support delivery of funder advisory and consultancy services
- Participate in tender analysis and preparation of tender evaluation reports
- Assist in BOQ preparation, pricing reviews, and precontract cost analysis
- Apply standard measurement codes such as NRM and POMI
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related construction field
- MRICS or working towards APC preferred
- Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience in cost consultancy
- 2 to 3 years of Middle East project experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
