The Education & Public Engagement Department Director will lead and oversee initiatives aimed at fostering community engagement and educational outreach within the public sector. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a strategic and results-driven approach to advancing organisational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for education and public engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of programmes aimed at community outreach and educational development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and education strategies.
  • Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of public engagement projects.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies and public sector regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on departmental performance and project outcomes.
