- 7+ years of experience in project control field with a least 4 years of experience in the development sector Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project cost plans and budgets.
- Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and cost forecasts.
- Track actual costs vs. budget and analyze cost variances.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for management.
- Review and verify contractor invoices and payment applications.
- Evaluate variation orders and change requests and assess cost impact.
- Support project managers with financial insights and cost control strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of cost commitments and financial documentation.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning for projects.
- Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams during tender evaluations.
