- Develop project schedules ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to allocated budgets. Accurately document and communicate project plans to all stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, implement mitigation plans, and oversee financial goals within set project budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external project teams, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and furnish progress reports to senior management.
- Uphold project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
