- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across business units
- Prepare and manage budget calendar and planning process
- Compile departmental and capital budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor budget performance
- Partner with business units to support budget implementation
- Prepare MIS and management reporting for leadership
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (IFRS compliant)
- Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making
- Monitor budget transfers and ensure policy compliance
- Improve budgeting processes and reporting efficiency
- Support monthly cash flow forecasting
- Deliver timely finance reports to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training on budget management processes
- CPA / CIMA / CA qualified
- 8-10 years' experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial systems
- Strong MIS and management reporting experience
- Experience across multiple industries / diversified businesses
- Experience leveraging AI tools for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong business-wise cash flow analysis and forecasting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
