- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it reflects a professional image at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support HR and admin team with logistical and clerical duties when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
