• AutoCAD (2D drafting – essential)
• Revit (BIM modeling – architectural / structural / MEP)
• Civil 3D (for infrastructure & earthworks – if applicable)
• SketchUp / Navisworks (coordination & visualization)
• Preparation of:

• Shop Drawings
• As-Built Drawings
• Construction Drawings
• Coordination Drawings
• Understanding scales, dimensions, tolerances
• Drawing standards (ISO, BS, ASTM, local authority standards)

• Ability to read and interpret:

• Architectural drawings
• Structural drawings
• MEP drawings
• Knowledge of:

• Construction methods
• Materials & specifications
• Site conditions & constraints
• Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Familiarity with authority requirements and approvals (if local experience)
