As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing legal affairs for the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a legal consultant in reputable law firms, with specific experience in supporting legal matters for real estate developers, property management, and/or investment companies in the UAE.

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.

Opportunity to lead in-house team at Dubai based real estate investment house |Must have previous UAE Legal experience

Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management and investment.
Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments
