Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare the annual budget in coordination with the Group Finance Manager and Department Heads.
- Collect and analyze financial data from departments to produce accurate monthly PNL landing and forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models and management reports.
- Implement and monitor accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Prepare treasury reports and arrange fund transfers as required.
- Review and process monthly payroll through WPS in coordination with HR.
- Ensure HRMS financial data accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities (including FTA).
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations.Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 -7 years experience with at least 3 years’ experience as Senior Accountant or similar role in the UAE.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CIA, or CFA).
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations
