Telesales Executive

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients
• Handle daily administrative tasks, emails, and reports
• Make inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product details and quotations
• Maintain client records and databases
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of Air, Sea & Land freight
• Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Prior telesales or admin experience is a plus
