Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
