Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) product development to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring innovative AI features and platforms to life. This is a hybrid role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term (2–3 months) client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.Requirement Gathering & Roadmap PlanningCollaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on GenAI trends and emerging use cases.Cross-functional LeadershipPartner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.Customer-Centric DesignEnsure that GenAI solutions offer intuitive, efficient, and responsible user experiences.Balance innovation with usability, customer feedback, and performance insights.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationTrack product KPIs, user behavior, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.Make data-informed decisions and adjust the roadmap based on user and market feedback.Stakeholder & Client EngagementAct as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients, especially during UAE-based project phases.Communicate product strategy, status, and results clearly to all levels of the organization.Compliance & Ethical ConsiderationsCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products align with responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and client-facing environment.Additional Requirements:Hybrid work model – based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad.Must be willing to travel to UAE for short-term (2 to 3 months) assignments as per project needs.Powered by JazzHR
