OverviewSenior Manager – Pod Lead / Solution Architect (Endur)The Energy & Commodities trading industry is undergoing significant disruption, as our clients are increasingly investing in modernization of their trading ecosystem to support business growth.To provide our clients with innovative technology solutions, we are seeking experienced Senior Manager pod lead who possess good understanding of the energy/commodity trading business and Endur expertise.In addition to offering technical leadership to distributed, multidisciplinary teams, we are looking for individuals who can collaborate with our clients' IT and Business teams, to achieve the desired outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesYour Impact:Role Purpose: Leads a cross-functional POD (L2, L3, Dev, QA) for a given business domain at PS, ensuring stable operations and a predictable change pipeline.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the backlog and prioritization for the pod in partnership with Senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate L2, L3 and small change delivery to minimize business disruption.
- Ensure incidents, problems and changes within the pod are managed to agreed SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and documentation within the pod.
- Mentor pod members and manage day-to-day resourcing and capacity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- 10+ years in support and/or delivery roles in Endur.
- Strong functional knowledge of Endur in at least one key business area.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience operating pods or squads in a scaled Agile environment.
- Exposure to regional trading practices in the GCC.
- Formal people management experience.
- Examples of pods you have led where stability improved while delivery throughput increased.
- Ability to act as both delivery lead and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
