1.1.2 Acts on issues and concerns in his activity field immediately.
1.1.3 Must be able to control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
1.1.4 Abides to the daily task and ensures timely implementation.
1.1.5 Checks extra needs of a guest.
1.1.6 Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
1.1.7 Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
1.1.8 Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
1.1.9 Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
1.1.10 Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
1.1.11 Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
1.1.12 Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
1.1.13 Ensures oneself is thoroughly familiar with the hotel's emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
1.1.14 Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
1.1.15 Other duties as assigned.
1.1.16 Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings
