Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of international exposure and deep understanding of the UAE market, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international quality standards
Lead site meetings, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Prepare and present progress reports and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in project management within the fit-out industry
Proven international project experience is essential
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
PMP certification is a plus
