They are also a trusted partner in the global events industry, having provided fully integrated kitchen and catering solutions for prestigious events like Expo 2020 Dubai, the Olympic Games, and international airshows, demonstrating both operational scale and innovation under pressure.Role SummaryThey are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for our modular kitchen rental division. This role requires someone with deep experience in equipment rental sales, ideally within oil & gas, construction, or large-scale operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a solution-based sales approach, and a proven track record of securing high-value contracts in complex B2B environments.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and convert high-value clients in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, defence, and infrastructure.Promote modular kitchen rental services for projects across the Middle East and globally.Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers in project, procurement, and facilities teams.Lead the tendering process, proposal development, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.Attend key industry events and exhibitions to promote Lowe's offerings and stay updated on market trends.Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 7 years' experience in B2B equipment rental sales (kitchen equipment, HVAC, power solutions, or related).Proven success in selling to oil & gas, construction, or large-scale corporate projects.Strong knowledge of project-based sales cycles, tenders, and complex procurement processes.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and travel regionally as required.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Molly Clifford
