- Scheduling and assigning crews.
- Providing daily administrative and reception support within the office.
- Managing, maintaining and controlling office supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Gathering and preparing vendor invoices for processing.
- Reviewing expense reports from field personnel and in preparation for approval.
- Planning for training sessions, meetings and small events.
- Setting up Vendor and maintenance.
- Coordinating the field service travel arrangements and equipment shipments with various outside agencies.
- Attending project and Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) meetings.
- Arranging, preparing minutes and distributing minutes of operational and safety meetings.
- Performing tasks from project, operational and safety meetings.
- Have BE/BTech in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Inspection
- Have a good background in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Be able to work in an ever-changing environment with constant change and firm deadlines.
- Have excellent and effective communication skills.
- Have experience within an industrial service environment.
